Kevin started his career in user experience, and so it is no surprise that he loves helping to create strong customer content experiences. He also loves it when brand and business experience meet the customer and serve her needs effectively. Kevin has always seen the role of content in business initiatives such as personalization and omnichannel as essential. Working with large brands over the years, Kevin has seen when strategy is effective and when it is not. At AvenueCX, Kevin takes his passion about content and works with global brands to improve their overall content and customer experiences. He is the author of Enterprise Content Strategy: A Project Guide and co-author of UX for Dummies. Kevin is also the chair of the Content Strategy Alliance Best Practices Initiative.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has embraced content strategy, library science, and knowledge management. Rebecca loves to evaluate and then organize things—especially information. And she understands that there are good, better, and best ways to manage content. Her strengths include controlled vocabularies, and she loves to build taxonomies that reflect the objectives of a business while meeting the needs of a customer. She also loves how structure can impact operations, which in return benefit customer experiences. Not surprisingly, next to taxonomies, content management ecosystems and structured content solutions, such as those found within a componentized content management ecosystem. Performance is key for Rebecca, so governance is very important to her as is showing results by improving content, ROI, and customer experience. She has guided content strategy in a variety of industries, including automotive, semiconductors, telecommunications, retail, and financial services. Rebecca obtained her Masters in Library Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
